I really like the way the earbuds fit and stay in your ear. Very comfortable.

I bought these for about $18 at Target. They blocked sound well enough. Though, I noticed that after a while, and after taking them out, my ears hurt a little. The volume and bass were okay, though some songs did seem a little muffled or something. So the headphones were decent despite giving me the occasional earache.
However, I bought these sometime in April, 2010. Late July the left ear bud stopped working unless I twisted the wire further damaging the product. A couple weeks later they stopped working altogether! That is around 4 MONTHS. I had previous headphones that took a worse beating and lasted for 2 years or so, and that was with a CVS or Wal-Mart brand tape or cd player that was $5!
These things are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, but you have to pay shipping to send it back to skullcandy. They replace the buds or something and ship it back to you, whoever knows how long that would take. After the ear problems and the disappointment in the life of these I'm just going to take it as $18 down the drain.

I didn't know what people ever meant when they said headphones were tinny. Now I know what it means. The sound is tinny as hell. Not good with bass. And the earbuds always feel like they'll slip out. Just get ipod headphones.
Great but will break easily August 27, 2010

I just bought these headphones a couple of days ago and for the most part I am satisfied with it. The sound is clear and it really reflects any sound from the outside world. Once you put those headphones in then you an forget about anything else but your music. One concern is that the wire is too thin. The wire at the top (below the headphones) is extremely thin. When I handle them I have to be careful because I'm afraid they will rip off. I know these headphone probably wont last long. But skullcandy does offer a warranty which covers the headphones if they break. I cannot recommend these headphones because although the sound is great, it will not last long.

Hi, i've been using skull candy now for about two years. I go through about a dozen in a year. Maybe it's me, maybe it's the product, but i will tell you this, though the sound quality on the cheapest version of ear buds suffers, they have lasted me the longest. if i am going to continue using skull candy, i think i'll err on the side of sturdiness over quality. Otherwise it just becomes WAY too expensive.
